We offer 3 levels of support services with respect to our
product deployment. The intent is to provide the level of
support that is sufficient to support the installation leaving
the customer power user team to concentrate on deriving
the key benefits of the solutions rather than spending time
and energy in product support and technical co-ordination.
L1 Support is an
end user enabler and is a telephone desk set up to
support the end Users employees.
This telephone desk is supported from our office.
L2 Support Application
on-site support.
Our team is deployed on-site at the client premises
and renders application management and power user support.
L3 Support is the
product technical support and covered under an annual contract
